Job Description :
- Startup hiring experience must
- Manage and lead multi-location, multi-functional teams, with a proven track record in designing and implementing major recruiting strategies.
- Handled talent acquisition function across geographies.
- In-depth exposure to hiring high end at all levels.
- Manage and monitor sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency.
- Mentor and provide guidance & direction to the recruitment team.
- Vendor management and vendor grievance handling
Required Candidate profile
Candidate Background :
- Should have a minimum work experience of 10+years in end to end recruitment working with a IT Product organization
- Understanding of recruiting metrics & SLAs
Required Education :
- Full Time Master in Business Administration [MBA] from Premier Institute as Symbiosis, XLRI, IIM, Amity, TISS, MDI etc is must
- Candidates should have a good academic track record and grades should be more than 75% in 10/12th and postgraduate courses.
