Responsible for managing senior level hiring needs (AVP and above) across channels and departments in partnership with HR Business Partners. This would also involve the development of a talent pipeline, works with Business HR to forecast headcount plans. Ultimately, this role needs to take responsibility for developing the recruitment function into a business-aligned, value-add function  Key Responsibilities :  Create a mechanism to develop a proactive talent pipeline for select roles to reduce hiring TAT  Play the role of HRBP for corporate functions viz. Finance, Technology, Risk & Internal Audit  Competition mapping - structures, key people, number of employees, hiring trends  Drive process efficacy and rigor by -   - Creating and managing all policies around recruitment - background Verification, referral policy   - Process manual for resourcing  - Identify channels of recruitments  - Identify critical steps for selections in each function  - Develop process with specific steps for each channel built-in   - Training hiring managers on interviewing skills  Strengthen process automation and technology  - Implement the Recruitment module in mPower  - Drive utilization and usage across the company  - Assess opportunities to simplify where needed  - Create and execute an appropriate strategy for sourcing and hiring   - Middle to senior management profiles (AVP & above)  - All roles in HO   Improve the selection model/framework to enhance quality of hires and outcomes   - Selection process (SOP)  - Identify and implement assessment tools for selection  - Create dashboards to track and share outcomes in a regular manner  - Source mix with focus on referrals  - Drive diversity in hiring  - Maintain and manage high-quality consultants
