Summary:
This role will be responsible for setting up and leading a centralized recruitment services organization that will help in shaping the workforce. This role will be responsible for overall recruitment service delivery, manage stakeholder relationships and drive the recruitment processes which include talent branding , sourcing strategies, selection process , candidate experience and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the roadmap and transition plan to a centralized recruitment services (internal RPO) organization (structure, resourcing, processes and governance)
- Drive the change management to the new model of recruitment service delivery which includes the creation of change plan, stakeholder analysis, communication an engagement plan for transition to the new recruitment service model
- Complete "as-is" understanding, gap analysis , recommendations and design the process as per the org requirements for delivering excellence in recruitment
- Institutionalize the recruitment process and ensure consistent delivery of candidate experience through the processes
- Build a team of recruitment specialists that will be responsible for talent attraction, selection and closure of business resourcing requirements either through internal or external channels
- Structure the recruitment teams to buildthe flexibility required to meetchanging demand.
- Systematically leverage insights and industry knowledge to establish and define metrics, goals and success of our Recruitment processes
- Full lifecycle of talent acquisition with demonstrated ability to deliver customized strategies
- Establish strong relationships with business partners to grow talent pipelines across the organization
- Network with external partners to acknowledge trends and bring in best in class market practices
- Create supporting program material that educates all stakeholders on recruitment processes and best practices
- Educate hiring managers on internal mobility processes and avenues to advertise and amplify their open roles
- Ensure managers and employees have a mobility experience that is transparent, inclusive, and helps them feel prepared throughout the entire process
- Survey internal talent and educate Talent Acquisition team on trends
- Establish governance
- Mentor and coach the talent acquisition teams
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, tools, technologies and assessment processes
- Ability to lead diverse teams to deliver consistent outcomes
- Track record of successfully partnering and communicating with varying levels of audiences, stakeholders and cross-functional partners to achieve desired outcomes
- Multiple domain expertise (cross industry and cross function) and understanding of system capabilities and process improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to transcend between strategic thinking and operational excellence with a focus on quality and execution
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with technology
Candidate should have:
- Experience in leading talent acquisition teams and setting up RPOs
- Experience in managing transitions
- Experience in establishing teams and people management
- Should have significant years of experience as a recruiter
- Experience in working with applicant tracking systems and technologies
