Job Description:
As the Talent Acquisition Head, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with department heads and senior leadership to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and execute recruitment plans to meet organizational objectives.

- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans and policies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Implement metrics and analytics to track recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- years of experience in talent acquisition,
- Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
