We are working with one of our client for Head of Talent Acquisition based out of Chennai.

Our Client is a global leader in payments technology and transaction processing, offering business value in the areas of electronic payments and financial transaction processing solutions & services.

Position : Head-Talent Acquisition (India)

Location : Chennai

Experience : 12-15 years

Qualification : BE/MBA

Skills :

- The Candidate must have proven track record in the planning and delivery of Talent Acquisition in a technology organization with strong service and delivery milestones.

- They must possess strong network in the IT industry.

- The Candidate have sound knowledge of Digital / Social media & skills, Awareness of various communication channels and the ability to effectively leverage them to attract the right candidates.

Responsibilities :

- The position will drive all streams of recruitment for the company's businesses to ensure recruiting levels meet business demand.

- The position also reviews existing systems and processes streamline systems which focused on delivery.

- He/ She will manage team to ensure on-time and quality delivery against recruitment goals is achieved in multiple locations.

- He / She will drive and monitor key metrics for recruitment for India and overseas hiring requirements.

- The position will lead the manpower planning process for the entire organization.
