Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Real Estate in Noida.

- As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent in the real estate industry.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the real estate industry.

- Deep understanding of real estate recruitment trends, best practices, and challenges.

- Ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.

- Experience in hiring for various real estate roles, such as sales, marketing, property management, and construction.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

- Proven track record of successfully filling positions with qualified candidates.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
