Description - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join as the Head of Talent Acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, with a focus on campus recruitment, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employer branding, leadership hiring, team management, TA digitization, and stakeholder management.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of campus recruitment, including university partnerships, internship programs, and graduate hiring initiatives.
- Drive diversity and inclusion efforts within the talent acquisition function, ensuring a diverse candidate pipeline and inclusive hiring practices.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Take ownership of leadership hiring processes, including executive search, succession planning, and talent pipelining for key roles.
- Manage and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Drive digitization efforts within the talent acquisition function, leveraging technology and analytics to
streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers,
senior leadership, and HR partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between talent acquisition and other HR
functions, such as talent management, learning and development, and employee relations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking
opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Industry exposure: Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in leadership hiring and team management.
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and experience implementing D&I initiatives within talent acquisition.
- Experience with employer branding strategies and campaigns, including social media and digital marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in TA digitization tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing software, and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for developing talent and driving team
performance.
- Proven ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex talent acquisition challenges.
