Job Description :
- Handle the entire gamut of recruitment activities for the organization- Sourcing strategy, channel mix, selection process, recruitment, onboarding, induction, ATS
- Manage Campus Hiring end to end, including employer branding and relations
- Hire laterally, headhunt for specific positions
- Manage external vendor relationships
- Contribute strategically to align the organization's growth plans and budget with the hiring needs, give inputs for the budget, check attrition, implement incentive and retention strategies
Candidate must have :
- 8+ years of experience in niche pharma and support function hiring, especially at the mid- senior and leadership level
- Combination of executive search consultant and corporate experience will be a big plus
- Robust experience in implementing, streamlining and implementing ATS
- Experience in scaling up
- Structured approach to recruitment with a mix of strong conceptual clarity, innovative ideas and the ability to get the job done
- Ability to work effectively with and influence all levels of employees within the organization, including executive leadership
Industry preference : Pharma (API manufacturers)
