Head- Recruitments- responsibilities include:
- Managed Country level recruitments for a known Company inclusive of Projects, mid level & leadership level hiring.
- Designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
- Proactively identifying and addressing hiring needs.
- Evaluating and refining sourcing and selection procedures.
- Responsibilities include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Head or similar role
- Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
- Good team-management abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships
- If from Premium B school batches to focus: 2009-2010. If not then MBA ( Full time) with 10+ yrs of strong recruitment & leadership exp is mandatory.
