The company's jewellery is made for contemporary wardrobe and uses a hundred percent 3D printing to provide an accurate and elegant finish to products, enabling customers to access trendy jewellery at an affordable price.

The core team is also handpicked from leading firms in the start-up, consulting and corporate ecosystem with rich experience in driving high-performing teams.
About the Role: Talent Acquisition Head
We are looking forward for a candidate who will lead the end-to-end effort on all TA activities across the organization
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with Head HR to understand hiring Needs
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective planning, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage candidate/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes to deliver quality results.
- Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates.
- Work closely with interview teams to create and exceptional interview process and candidate experience
- Own & deliver hiring for the assigned roles / groups
Preferred Experience:
- Proven experience in leading a team of recruiters in a high growth environment
- Command on metrics including pipeline data, hiring forecasts, and recruiting capacity
- High aptitude for coaching, mentoring and developing talent
- Collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- A deep understanding of sourcing technology, market trends, and talent strategy
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle of recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Experience with ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools/programs
- 8 +. Team management experience is preferable
