- Responsible for end to end recruitment, both strategic and leadership hiring.

- Responsible for leadership hiring primarily Non-technical.

- Experience in building, coaching and managing a recruiting team.

- The candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and functional areas of the business, dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners

MBA with 10+ years of experience into Talent Acquisition out of which minimum 3 years into Strategic and Leadership hiring role.

Prefer candidates from Banking/Retail/FMCG/Telecom/E commerce.
