Level: Senior General Manager
Reports to: Functionally to Director TA APAC and regionally to Director HR India
Team Size: 25-30Purpose of role:This position is responsible for all Talent Acquisition related efforts across India.
Primary Responsibilities:- Partner with APAC TA Director and India HR Director to develop a best-fit India TA strategy that supports all businesses in India.
- Develop and deploy the agreed TA model as defined in the strategy.
- As one of the key HR leaders in India, collaborate with other HR and business leaders to install a best-in-class recruitment organization for India.
- Staff and lead the team to deliver best-in-class recruitment services that meets defined KPIs (quality, speed, cost, customer satisfaction) and global standards.
- Improve TA efficiency by continuous optimization of TA processes, practices, tools and channels.
- Manage recruitment third parties, e.g. job boards, agencies, RPOs, etc.
- Ensure TA process, data integrity and reporting targets are met.
- Ensure all recruitment efforts are legally compliant.
- Lead employer branding efforts partnering with Communications and HR
- Lead pipelining and recruiting efforts for critical leadership roles
- Lead diversity & inclusion efforts
Requirement:- Bachelors/PG degree or above in Human Resources or related domains.
- 15+ years of experience in recruitment with at least last three years at managerial positions, preferably from Fortune 500 companies with sizable operations in India.
- Ideally familiar with the building technology industry.
- Experience in managing BPO centers and commercial organization hiring is preferred.
- Able to operate in a matrix organization.
