- Developing appropriate human resource policies and standards to ensure effective, management of staff throughout the organization; ensuring that HR issues are given full consideration in all decision making
- Ensuring timely closure of positions within timeline & working on strategies for recruitment mix as per TAT and budgeting
- Formulating strategic plans to enhance operations; implementing strict measures in operating procedures to optimize resource / capacity utilization with creating bench strength with partnership programs to address infant attrition and critical positions gaps
- Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for positions; analyzing level of competencies
- Implementing diverse HR initiatives & policies; managing the activities of Talent Engagement, Promotions, Increment
- Cycles and Bonuses, leading to employee satisfaction and effective running of the organization
- Developing and implementing procedures including communication plans, performance reviews, new hire orientation, training programs, compensation, benefits planning and talent assessments
- Investigating &resolving employee relations related issues on a regular basis; assisting the managers in using the full range of HR policies to ensure timely settlement of issues
- Analysing attrition to identify trends & patterns; recommending ways to further strengthen employee retention
- Managing performance culture within the organization; ensuring an effective & transparent process evaluation process; identifying talent landscape & key positions and treating the same in the needed manner as a part of Talent Planning
- Benchmarking of roles, Rewards, PLB,ESOPS etc.
- Managing all recruitments and resource allocation; ensuring quality, on-time delivery and advisory support
