- MBA with max 10 years experience from NBFCs, AIFs, AMCs who has handled strategic hiring across levels.
- Stakeholder management, team management, startup exposure are key.
- Responsible for conducting full life cycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent as well as maintaining effective programs for retention, promotion, and succession planning.
- Directly oversee the strategic development and execution of the talent acquisition needs.
- Create an employer Branding Proposition.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior roles.
- Identify control and manage cost effective methodologies for sourcing.
- Work with external stakeholders, vendors for execution of recruitment needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should be proactive, smart and accountable
- Excellent stake holder management at CxO levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
