Head - Talent Acquisition

- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company and business objectives and growth plans.

- Stakeholder Management and Collaboration with senior leadership and a strong Network Market mapping & strategic approach towards mapping skills for Generic/Niche requirements.

- Drive the full spectrum of leadership hiring and selection activities & Understand various psychometric test.

- Identifying and partnering with specialist consultants& external agencies to ensure hiring needs are met within the stipulated timeframe (TAT), Application racking System (ATS).

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.

- Function as an independent contributor & have built a continuous pipeline.

- Clear understanding of Compensation & Benefits proposals and clarifications to candidates.

- Comprehensive scrutiny of both internal and external talent pools, strict evaluation against set criteria as well as consideration of cultural fitment and values alignment.

- Candidate handholding, clarification, and influencing through the hiring process to ensure good candidate experience.

- Lead, build, and strengthen key relationships with agencies, partners, professional organizations, and key external partners.

- Conduct market mapping, headhunting for critical positions, and key talent intelligence.

- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employer brand on social media platform and attract high-caliber talent.

- Prepare recruitment reports and update the tracker monthly.

Reporting to: CHRO

Requisite Qualification:

- Graduate with a master's in business administration (MBA). Graduation from a well-known institute

Experience required:

- 15/18 years.

- Experience of working in a manufacturing business and/or a projects organization in leadership hiring.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a track record of success as Head of Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Competencies:

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies and practices.

- Strong Negotiations Skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment and drive continuous improvement.

- Familiarity with talent acquisition technologies and tools.

- Prior experience in the water or environmental management industry is a plus
