Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sourcing strategy as per business requirements of the organization.
- Engage with business managers, to understand their business needs and manpower forecasting.
- Conduct competency-based interviews & psychometric tests.
- Ensure that the business demands for resources are met within the budget and accepted timelines.
- To be adept in using all the sources to recruit - social media, portals, referrals, postings, mass recruitment drives, consultants etc.
- Stakeholder Management - build strong and credible relationships with and influence stakeholders.
- Prepare HR Dashboards (including relevant analysis) for showcasing trends/ HR initiatives/ next course of actions.
- Responsible for market mapping and salary bench marking and attrition control analysis.
- Lead the annual training needs analysis process and consolidate results, & develop calendar and budget accordingly.
