Hiring for a Leading Manufacturing MNC.
Role- Head of Talent Acquisition & Organization Effectiveness
Span of Control- IC
Location- Pune/Gurugram (Can choose your preferred)
Compensation- Best in Industry
Key Collaboration- RPO Team, HR Team, Business & Function Leaders.
Required:
- MBA/PGDM from any college, Full Time.
- Proven experience as TA in manufacturing setup.
- 10+ Years of experience in HR.
- RPO Experience is a plus.

Accountabilities:
Talent Acquisition :
- Recruitment & Selection strategy, manpower planning for the organization
- Lead, manage, mentor, empower and guide the talent acquisition team
- Build diverse sourcing strategy with vendor network and alternated modes of hiring like recruitment process outsourcing, alternate profiles, contractual staffing and leveraging gig workforce. Uses alternative sourcing strategies including direct sourcing and social media.
- Partner with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated HC and ensure timely hiring against vacancies
- Drive the Position Management Framework to ensure HC tracking and management
- Manage the recruitment-related costs for bottom-line impact
- Critically evaluate external talent to ensure right hire - cultural evaluation and potential evaluation
- Strong succession pipeline for N-1/2 leadership positions
- Work with the communications team to create employer branding for organization.
- Constantly evaluate and improve candidate experience at all stages of recruitment process.
- Works closely with the People Managers and Leadership team to ensure timely and effective delivery of people processes.

HR Analytics and Technology:
- Responsible for managing and maintaining key recruitment metrices and present them at defined frequency to all stake holders
- Act as a builder, creating reports and dashboards that match to customer requirements
Diversity:
- Conceptualize and execute a focused Diversity hiring strategy
- Accountable for improving diversity hiring at leadership levels (N-1/2) as well as across the organization
- Improve the assessment and selection capability for the PX and business teams for getting the best talent on board
- Undertake talent mapping / research projects to do proactive hiring and targeted selection
