What will you do-
As Head- Talent Acquisition, you will be expected to:
- Determine the current and future staffing needs across businesses and ensure positions get closed with a minimum possible TAT
- Work with and assist internal recruiters and external recruitment consultancies
- Develop a recruitment strategy including recruitment campaigns
- Identify and develop talent pools in the market
- Design, develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position as an Employer of Choice in the market
- Manage Candidate experience and personally lead leadership hiring mandates
- Develop campus recruitment campaigns apart from the ones for lateral hires
- Assist in digitalizing the talent acquisition processes on internal ATS
- Develop relationships with third party staffing agencies
- Develop strategy to build internal recruitment capabilities and reduce overall hiring costs
- Ensure continuous pipeline of candidates across all levels
- Assist in employee retention and development for achieving low attrition within the organization

Background
- You hold a Master's degree with specialization in Human Resources
- You have a minimum of 6-10 years of experience with at least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition
