- Serve as a subject matter expert when partnering with the business managers or leader to help guide and ensure business specific goals are designed, developed and executed.
- Will manage & supervise the TA function in Noida,
Should lead from the front in meeting the business deadlines
- Prior experience in - new age-sourcing tools & technologies is a must.
- Have prior experience in automating TA processes.
- Deliver on defined SLA & Metrics.
- Publish weekly and monthly dashboards.
- Harness various social & other sourcing channels to optimize the mix and have an optimal cost structure of talent acquisition.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- The role serves as a single point of contact to the business & delivery and has matrix reporting
