Looking for Head - Talent Acquisition with a leading IT Services.
Responsibilities :
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
- Monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates.
- Number driven hiring.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
Experience/ Key Skills :
- MBA with at least 10 years of relevant experience in technical hiring preferable from IT Services companies.
