Looking for smart, intelligent candidates for Talent Acquisition Head for a IT Services company.
Responsibilities :
- Experience range of 10+years in both Domestic and US geographies
- Handled accelerated ramp-up of resources in large volumes (in 1000s) across technology, business-centric and non-technical areas in aggressive timeline (including Just-in-Time needs)
- POSSESS STRONG STRATEGIC AND TRANSACTIONAL ORIENTATION on Business needs and associated Data Analysis
- Have "Out of the Box" and innovative approach to recruitment
- Managed next rung-of leaders in talent acquisition to get the best out of them
- Possess excellent People Management skills across time zones (India, USA)
- Have excellent communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Driving the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition activities
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and campus hiring
- Building strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Forecasting our future hiring needs on the basis of our business growth strategies
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance (e.g. time-to-hire, source-of-hire, cost per hire, diversity hiring etc.)
- Implementing offline as well as online employer branding initiatives
