- 12+ years of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience
- Masters Degree in HR or Related field
- Ability to influence without direct reporting lines and develop strong relationships with global stakeholders
- Global mindset with local expertise
- Demonstrated ability to recruit highly qualified candidates
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to follow through and execute with proven results
- Experience determining sourcing and branding strategies in region
- Experience managing external vendor relationships
