Hiring Head of Talent Acquisition- IT Recruitment.
The role is a pure WFH option.
- Must be from IT recruitment background ( Not looking at Non-IT or recruitment firms ).
- Must have expertise in global hiring
- Start-Up exposure would be a big plus.
- 10 years experience in IT hiring across levels, Stake holder and Team management.
- Drive Talent Acquisition function with the overall goal to recruit and hire exceptional talent.
- Directly oversee the strategic development and execution of the talent acquisition needs.
- Create an employer Branding Proposition.
- Finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents
- Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
- Establish scalable network and strong selection process ensuring the right talent is getting in to the organization
- Devise an appropriate channel mix to ensure a market competitive cost per hire
- Design metrics to measure and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Develops measures / shapes new processes to improve performance.
