Requirements for Technical Recruiter - Head Talent acquisition
- Candidate must have 8+ yrs of experience hiring for IT skills and non it recruitment both
- Profile is into End to End IT Recruitment for Niche Technical skills.along with non it recruitments and few experience in start up too
- Must have Excellent English communication skills both oral & written. (Mandatory)

JD :
- Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc)
- Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and Vendors.
- Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills
- Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
- Candidate shall be self motivated & high on achievement orientation, Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Format resumes meeting client expectations
- Research new technologies
- Create detailed job descriptions
- Follow up with candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
Work closely with business in order to deeply understand teams organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses and key business drivers.
- Utilize this information to develop most effective recruiting strategies.
- Consult with internal clients on overall recruiting strategy for both the short and long term needs of the business.
- Responsible for working with Business Leaders and hiring managers to define recruiting plan for the year.
- Mast have experience into all sourcing channels actively, lateral hiring, leadership hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring etc.
- Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluating candidates and ensuring the highest bar.
- Lead final assessment and selection process.-Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
- Ability to understand business requirements and frame these requirements in such a way that technical and operational solutions can be developed for the highest impact.
