Head - Talent Acquisition - IT/ITES/BFSI

We are looking for: "HEAD- TALENT ACQUISITION"

Location: GURGAON

Job Responsibilities:

- Leading the entire Talent Acquisition Function.

- Achievement of the project objectives per scope and requirements

- Formulating and deploying recruitment strategy and integrating it with the overall company objectives

- Expanding the Talent Acquisition vertical

- Act as a strategic business partner by providing thought leadership to business stakeholders in strategizing the talent acquisition

- Define and set the sourcing plans for the year based on the manpower forecast, budget, etc. and implement them thereafter.

Desired Candidates:

- 10 to 15 years of experience

- Exert in talent acquisition function & strategy development

- We need someone who has handled large volume , worked in a matrix environment , ratios , Business intelligence , career portals & create processes.
