Position : Talent Acquisition Head

Responsibilities:

- The Talent Acquisition Head for IT & ITES wing for the APAC region plays a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy and operations to meet the talent needs of the organization across Asia-Pacific.

- This leadership position requires a deep understanding of the APAC labor market, cultural nuances, and regulatory landscape, along with proven expertise in sourcing and acquiring top talent in diverse industries.

- As the Talent Acquisition Head, you will work closely with the global Talent Acquisition team to align corporate policies and initiatives.

- As the ambassador and change agent for new initiatives, provide the global overview to HR teams and local perspective to the global team during the design phase of the new initiatives.

- In this role you will play a crucial role in our organization's success by leading our recruitment efforts for both IT and ITES positions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition plans to ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent in alignment with our business objectives.
