About the role :  We are looking for a passionate recruiting leader who will develop a world class talent acquisition function by ensuring timely fulfillment of the human capital requirements, providing an outstanding experience to both internal and external customers and building a strong employer brand for both India and US geography.  Key responsibilities :  - Partner with Business, HR Business Partners and Resource Management Group in identification & prioritization of current & future talent needs, and the deployment of requisite recruiting strategy for fulfillment  - Ensure effective fulfillment for all Project ensuring zero revenue loss   - Adhere to recruitment budgets and overall resourcing costs  - Manage key ratios of TAT, CPH, Joining Ratio, Referral contribution and infant mortality   - Ensure key business stakeholders are delighted with the right TA partnership model   - Provide insights to Business regarding industry trends and competitors and the consequent impact on talent landscape and recruitment strategy  - Partner with Marketing to develop and drive a strong employer brand on social media channels deployed for recruitment, positioning company as an employer of choice   - Ensure that the recruitment strategy aligns with the diversity and inclusiveness goals of the organization   - Partner with Global Mobility function to enable successful onboarding of visa dependent candidates
