Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Talent Acquisition function for the organization
- Lead Manpower Planning - Collaborate with business unit heads to plan talent and requirements, profile / role etc.
- Scale Candidate experience by introducing best talent acquisition practices/methods.
- Recruitment Dashboard - Build, update and publish recruitment progress to Business unit heads
- Forecasting our future hiring needs on the basis of our business growth strategies
- TA Team - Build and Scale Talent Acquisition team
- Driving the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition activities
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Expertise in Senior Leadership Hiring & Non Tech and Tech hiring
- Good in English communication and data analytics
- Energetic and passionate
- Problem solver
