Head - Talent Acquisition - IT Infrastructure

We are looking for someone who can Lead the Talent Acquisition Function and help scale the company. We are growing organization, and continuously building new processes and systems, introducing best practices and methods - If you think you build this bottom-up, apply for the role!

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead Talent Acquisition function for the organization

- Lead Manpower Planning - Collaborate with business unit heads to plan talent and requirements, profile / role etc.

- Scale Candidate experience by introducing best talent acquisition practices/methods.

- Recruitment Dashboard - Build, update and publish recruitment progress to Business unit heads

- Forecasting our future hiring needs on the basis of our business growth strategies

- TA Team - Build and Scale Talent Acquisition team

- Driving the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition activities

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition

- Expertise in Senior Leadership Hiring & Non Tech and Tech hiring

- Good in English communication and data analytics

- Energetic and passionate

- Problem solver

Qualifications - MBA in HR or degree in Psychology
