Responsibilities:
a) Devise Strategies across all levels of hiring for the Organization.
b) Strategize and implement the best hiring policies across the Organization.
c) Review the efficiencies across all stages of hiring and fix gaps as observed.
d) Establish key hiring metrics and work out methods of tracking and measuring the same.
e) Build and execute sourcing strategies for a quicker turnaround in sourcing for all mission-critical roles.
f) Engage with stakeholders for finalizing the recruitment plans, recruitment budgets and accordingly cascading the same to the team members.
g) Build a team of high performing individuals
h) Build a culture of appreciation and recognition amongst the team to keep up high levels of motivation and engagement
i) Establish SLA norms for the various bands/roles and set up hiring analysis and tracking in accordance with the same
j) Build standard reports, pointers to analysis, and presentation templates for all reviews with internal stakeholders
Candidate Expectation:
- Professionals with 20+ years of experience with an MBA from reputed university from Services (IT) or Captive industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required
- Professionals with experience in creating recruitment plans and executing (end- to -end) preferred.
