Responsibilities :
- Partner with the leadership team and HR partners to understand the organization's leadership hiring needs, including executive-level positions and senior leadership roles.
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-level executives, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and selecting candidates.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, and partnerships with executive search firms, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' leadership skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential for success in senior leadership positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR partners, hiring managers, and interview panels, to align on candidate requirements and selection criteria.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview training, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques for executive- level hiring, and share knowledge and insights with the talent acquisition team.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant systems.
Requirements and Experience :
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 18+ years of experience in the recruitment field.
- Proven experience in executive search or leadership hiring, either in an agency or corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of leadership competencies, assessment methodologies, and best practices in executive-level recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for senior-level positions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, including the ability to evaluate candidates' leadership potential and cultural fit.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection processes.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within defined timelines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
