Qualifications/Requirements :
- Significant experience as a Director/Head of Talent Acquisition with strong leadership experience in a matrix environment
- Built and led a talent acquisition team including external partners such as RPO- s, executive recruiters, Universities/Colleges, diversity networks, etc.
- Experience with workforce planning and forecasting hiring needs
- Experience with leveraging and/or implementing advanced data techniques in sourcing, assessing and/or selecting talent
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformational solutions as part of a broad talent acquisition strategy
- Demonstrated success in utilizing data and metrics to drive analytically-based decision making
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources tools (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM tools etc)
- Influencer, thought leader, and strategist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial, innovative spirit - will ruthlessly pursue opportunities to look for new and better ways of improving the Talent Acquisition function
- Drive - infectious energy and tenacity
- Collaborative - can build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners at all levels and cultures
- Willing to experiment, within compliance parameters, to test new and alternative recruiting method
