The Head of Recruitment will be responsible for all recruitment functions (Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling and Onboarding)ensuring that we attract world-class talent.
The Head will formulate and establish end-to-end recruitment strategies and practices.
The role is both strategic and tactical in nature. A flexible and exceptionally collaborative approach with team is essential. This position could be based in Bangalore or Hyderabad.
Position Requirements :
- 16 - 20 years of proven experience in IT Services industry.
- Manage a team of 20 recruiters and 2 managers between bangalore & Hyderabad.
- Ability to apply creativity and innovative ideas.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to guide and motivate his/her team to perform at a very high level.
- Attention to detail and excellent follow up and follow through.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Understanding recruitment needs of the organization
- Skills profile (Cloud Technologies in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Dynamics, Google Cloud and AWS)
- Seniority level (Practice Lead, Engagement Manager, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, SSDE and SDE)
- Location (US/Hyderabad / Bangalore)

Developing Sourcing Strategy :
- Identifying current relationships with recruitment agencies
- Identify current sources (job portals, website, employee referrals etc.)
- Identify other potential sources (networking, head hunting etc.)
- Prepare sourcing plan by month
Managing the end-to-end Recruitment Process :
- Finalize job descriptions for various levels and keep them up-to-date
- Source resumes - India and US
- Screen resume for keywords
- Ensure our resume database is complete and up-to-date
- Perform HR screen to see candidate fitment into company culture
- Manage and coordinate interview schedule (1st round, 2nd round, hands-on and hiring manager call)
- Present recommendation for salary, level and title for the final candidates
- If needed, perform background check and reference check
- Roll-out the offer
- If needed, negotiate to ensure we close the candidates
- Stay in touch to ensure candidates join the company.
- Ensure Recruiting Dashboard is complete and up-to-date
- Plan regular updates to management team
- Working with existing employees and orienting them on how to do interviews
- Collecting feedback on interviews
- Rescheduling interviews as needed
- Hands-on session coordination - h/w availability, timings etc.
