We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition for Technology Hiring.
As a Head of Talent Acquisition - India you will be responsible for recruitment of the best talent in India, in alignment with company strategy and Business Unit goals.
What do we expect from you ?
- 15-20 years of recruitment experience across functions in a technology product, e-commerce or internet environment .
- Should have team management experience of at least 3-years.
- Start up/scale up experience will be preferred.
- Exposure in leading HR initiatives/process improvement assignments is a plus.
- Deep understanding of recruitment trends and best practices and the experience of building meaningful partnerships with leaders on the businesses you have supported.
- Experience of having implemented a headcount planning and management process, working closely with senior leadership to anticipate organizational needs.
- High aptitude for coaching, mentoring and developing talent.
- Collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Work closely with Business Unit heads and determine annual hiring needs/forecasting/budgeting and execution plan.
- Bring a focus on data, improving recruiting outcomes, individual performance, and processes.
- Develop appropriate sourcing strategies and identify suitable candidates for positions, primarily through research, networking, direct recruiting as well as using tools, referrals and other search tools boards
- Report Periodic status to the Global Management Team.
- Collaborate with the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to business needs.
- Help build an employer branding strategy for India aligning with global strategy.
- Drive process efficiencies, build control and strengthen supremacy around recruiting processes
- Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with a passion to advocate for more inclusive approaches to hiring
- As a subject matter expert to the talent landscape regularly provides insights on market and competition trends
