Head - Talent Acquisition (Focussed on Tech hiring)

India Head - TA

- Incumbent will own Talent Acquisition for a mid sized IT Services organization, ramping up in India.

- Will build and drive overall TA Strategy with special focus on Technology hiring (Digital technologies)

- Experience in driving and managing hiring across all levels across Digital, IT Infrastructure, and Enterprise Technology.

- Looking for someone with experience leading ramps ups and building and managing large teams.

- Market mapping and intelligence, Preparing and presenting dashboards to the global leadership teams

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in chalking out Talent Acquisition strategy and managing ramp ups with strong understanding of technology landscape.

- Strong global stakeholder management experience.

Location : Chennai. Candidate who are open to have Chennai as Base location should apply.
