Job Description:

Are you looking for an exciting career and eager to be part of the Talent Acquisition Transformation? Company is seeking a motivated Talent Leader to power our continued growth by owning end-to-end development and execution of our strategy for attracting exceptional talent!

This role will be responsible for encouraging and elevating a team culture of agile methodology to drive a best-in-class candidate experience through a fast, adaptive, iterative recruiting approach, ensuring hyper-connectivity and transparency throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

- Lead an experienced team of Recruiters in the delivery, execution, and assessment of recruitment initiatives that embrace new technologies to enable the acquisition of top talent required to meet strategic objectives focusing on quality of hire and candidate satisfaction.

- Create trusted and automated skills assessment processes, both psychometric and role-related (such as design or engineering).

- Establish training, processes, and procedures to ensure high talent standards in skills, culture, and values.

- Develop and implement recruitment capacity plans to staff open requisitions competitively and efficiently.

- Understand and execute business priorities, workforce planning outcomes, regional current and future capability requirements as well as any specific talent challenges by translating a business strategy into actionable steps.

- Develop and enhance the team's DE&I strategy.

- Ensure that we are constantly responsive to changes in the talent market, learning from industry best practices in recruiting, and innovating on what great looks like at Company.

Policy Execution & Analytical Approach:

- Work closely with TA Operations to develop, modify, and execute company and departmental policies that affect immediate company-wide operations, data integrity and candidate experience.

- Refine our core Talent Acquisition metrics and set and achieve ambitious goals over time.

- Track and assess team performance weekly/monthly/quarterly using critical metrics and predictive analytics, while keeping an eye on emerging talent priorities and opportunities.

- Leverage data to increase quality of hires and time-to-close: strong emphasis on collecting data at every stage of the recruiting process to inform and optimize search criteria.

Leadership and Team Development:

- Lead a team of strong leaders, both direct and matrixed, ensuring an inclusive work environment, employee development, and performance management.

- Coach and develop team members across TA, focusing on building sector-based business acumen in every team member.

Collaboration and Partnership:

- Play a leadership role in our company-wide headcount planning and management process.

- Work closely with other People Team functions for a holistic talent view and strategy and to ensure an excellent candidate experience.

- Partner as a talent advisor with internal leaders by consistently using an open, consultative, employee and customer-focused mindset to ensure company's ability to attract the necessary top talent.

Vendor Management:

- Identify and maintain relationships with outside recruiting sources and providers, such as RPO.

Brand Image:

- Partner with key stakeholders on projects to strengthen our talent brand and ensure the brand image is upheld throughout the recruiting process.

- Drive talent branding messages and campaigns across different sourcing strategies (internal, intern, campus, experience, tech, non-tech, etc.)

Compliance:

- Ensure staffing requirements meet governmental regulations.

- Partner with TA Ops to develop and adhere to audit-proof data processes and procedures.

Skills and Experience:

- Executive Presence and Communication: Inspire confidence with the team, peers, senior leaders, and candidates through strong executive presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Business Acumen: Handle ambiguity and change adeptly, quickly understanding key business success factors and the People Team's role in business strategy.

- Cultural Understanding: Comfortable working across organizational lines, building networks, developing alliances, and channeling team energies effectively.

- Execution Capability: Plan and deliver commitments, identify priorities, devise project plans, manage stakeholders, and deploy solutions for immediate and lasting impact.

- People and Team Management: Passionate about growing and developing team excellence, practicing situational leadership, and providing tools, coaching training, recognition, and rewards to motivate and energize the team.

Preferred Skills:

- Educational Background: Master's degree or equivalent.

- Experience: 12-18 years of HR professional experience, with at least 8 years in Talent Acquisition and people management.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English.

- Agility and Flexibility: Proven ability to work with agility, delivering hiring results under stress and ambiguous business conditions.

- Leadership Capability: Demonstrated leadership capability in current roles.

- Market Knowledge: Expert knowledge of the India tech talent market, including supply-demand landscape and trends.
