ABOUT THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive all aspects of recruiting from end to end for various hiring needs including but not limited to sourcing, attracting talent, and initial HR screening of candidates to ensure the right fit.

- Lead client interactions & information gathering, panel management, and internal stakeholder management

- Being a head hunting specialist s/he will be responsible for proactively building a network and strong connections in the Salesforce industry to create a talent pool and a strong hiring pipeline for future needs.

- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts

- Coach, drive & monitor the recruitment efforts by the team in an efficient and time-bound manner, and spearhead stakeholder management & communications.

- Responsible for closing Leadership or niche positions through headhunting efforts

- Leverage and maintain data/reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed

- Support the continued development of innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies, hiring trends, and recruiting processes with specified TAT.

IDEAL CANDIDATE SKETCH:

- Graduate/PG with at least 12-15 years of hands-on experience in sourcing & talent scouting

- Should have hands-on experience & exposure to the latest Technical hiring tools & techniques. Salesforce hiring experience will be a plus.

- At least 5 years of experience in leading & guiding a team of 7-10 recruiters (including remote team members too) & channelizing their efforts best aligned to business needs

- Proficient in establishing priorities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and navigating ambiguity independently

- Strong written/verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals both internal and external to the organization with proven ability to communicate to customers/clients in a clear, focused, and concise manner

- Attention to detail and being highly organized as well as being a natural relationship builder
