Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement hiring strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates across regions (India, Middle East and USA)
2. Collaborate with Business leaders to understand their hiring needs, proactively strategize to build talent pipeline based on business forecast and work on closing active positions within defined timelines
3. Develop and manage innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent through various sources
4. Oversee and improve candidate experience
5. Responsible for recruitment process improvement and automation to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires
6. Measure hiring metrics for monitoring performance (time to hire, source matrix, cost to hire etc)
7. Collaborate with the marketing team on employer branding initiatives
8. Hire, manage, develop and retain talent acquisition team
Skills needed:
1. Proven track record as Head of the department and managed bulk-hiring (campus & lateral)
2. Experience in managing end to end recruitment and employer branding initiatives
3. Should have managed talent acquisition change management programs strategic and operations level
4. Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation
5. Good in stakeholders and team management
6. Analytical and capable of reading data and reports to assess complex information
7. Ability to be strategic and tactical while making decisions
8. Experience in Cybersecurity hiring will be a big plus
9. Education - Graduate or PG (any)
