Roles & Responsibilities :
- Ramp up the manpower from 600 to 3500 in next 2-3 years
- Deliver talent across all levels - From CXOs to Field executives
- Set up a strong TA engine - backed by strong process, metrics and performance
- Deliver strong people leadership - manage a team of 20+ members
- Build a strong Employer brand
- Deliver great candidate experience
- Build interviewing capability inside the org to ensure our interview process is effective
- Reduce cost per hire
