Owns recruitment process for the Organisation:
- Owns the Manpower planning exercise and manages the entire Talent Acquisition cycle - Designs, develops and drives the recruitment process.
- Designs the recruitment matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel -internal job boards, referral schemes, social networking and external vendors
- Individually responsible to own and deliver on requisitions at mid and senior level for the organization.
Stakeholder management:
- Working closely with Business Managers to ensure an in-depth understand of the Hiring Mandate and to ensure their hiring needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Ensures proper communication, regular updates on recruitment progress and forecast to business team and internal HR Team - no of open positions, offers, joining date etc.
Monitoring/Reporting:
- Owns & establishes a regular measurement and evaluation criteria for the recruitment team (monthly, quarterly and annual hiring targets and closures against the same)
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs involved in hiring for the organization
Innovation/improvement:
- Explores the market best practices in recruitment and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
