Job Description :
This role is primarily responsible to Manage Talent Acquisition of Sophos India (Cyberoam) operation.
- Talent Acquisition head would work with VP HR to deliver on the following:
- Overall hiring strategy of Sophos India.
- Manpower Planning - Initiate, receive, validate the requirement from business units. Understand and develop job descriptions in line and plan for the hiring.
- Should have strong experience in traditional methods and new age sourcing tools. i.e. Social Media & job boards for Domestic and International requirements. Identify control and manage cost effective methodologies for sourcing and hiring.
- Devise and implement strategies for creating brand awareness
- Adhering to set standards & process, costs for recruitment cycle time/SLAs. Maintaining, presenting metrics for sourcing & recruitment function.
- Offer discussion and finalization as per internal bench marking of the organizations structure, bands and Cadre and salary ranges.
- Train, Mentor & manage team of sourcing and recruitment specialists. Deliver through team as per SLAs set for sourcing and recruitment function.
- Manage campus recruitment Pan India.
