Responsibilities :

- Manage and lead the Talent Acquisition team in India

- Build talent acquisition strategies, planning, budgeting and delivery of required manpower

- Stakeholder management to ensure their talent needs are fulfilled within defined SLAs

- Understand the talent acquisition tasks - timelines, revenue implications, quality focus, market availability

- Optimize end to end hiring process with process improvement in combination with Technology, Process adherence & exposure to talent acquisition tools

- Optimize the Talent Acquisition process to increase internal hiring and own the on-boarding efficiency

- Maintain hiring within grid, cost per hire versus SLAs. Coordinate with the compensation team on salary offer considerations and equality concerns

- Having an expert knowledge of talent acquisition life-cycle including, but not limited to Sourcing, Qualifying, Networking, Assessing, Job analysis and salary trends, Benefits negotiation, Salary fitments, Relationship management.

- Critically examine the cost of recruitment and identify means to meet the target with minimum cost

- Brand and position the company in the market with industry best practices

- Hands-on in MIS, profiling based on data analysis and data presentation.

- Report regularly (preferably quarterly) or as requested to business leaders and executive management regarding strategic Talent Acquisition activities

- Responsible for vendor development, improving direct and referral sourcing channels and brand management

- Effectively able to manage and deliver large hiring volume request at short notice.

- Assist Talent Acquisition management with regular evaluations of the applicant pool and assess, track and report on time, cost and diversity of hires, identify trends and cost effectiveness.

- Manage cost effective methods to provide recruiting tools, including contracts with recruiting agencies, job boards, background vetting companies and other external contracts. Conduct periodic evaluations of current contracts and provide recommendations for modifications.

- Maintain data needed to improve policies and practices; recommend and implement enhancements to support a diverse workforce

- Explore the market best practices in Talent Acquisition space and implement them to attract competitive talent into the organisation.

- Support activities and initiatives associated with change management involving reorganizations.

- Guide and lead Talent Acquisition teams to be able to source and hire the right talent timely and efficiently.

- Develop strong global cross-functional working relationships with key business partners and Talent Acquisition teams

Qualifications and Experience :

- Post Graduate or Graduate with specialization in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute

- 12-15 years of relevant experience in Corporate Talent Acquisition Strategy and Processes

- Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, applicant tracking tools, HRIS, internet, other research tools. Familiarity with Workday will be an advantage

- Competence in Talent Acquisition intelligence with hands-on on leadership, niche and strategic hiring.

- Knowledge of a variety of sourcing channels, including latest sourcing trends and networking techniques such as LinkedIn, behavioural and competency based interviewing including ability to educate hiring managers in these skills

- Hands-on leadership, with the ability to motivate the team to achieve goals while emphasizing collaboration and teamwork.

Experience having worked in a corporate environment and multi-national companies a must.
