Role
Senior Manager / Associate Director - Recruiting- will lead a team of around 8 to 10 people and will be responsible for developing appropriate Talent Acquisition strategies and managing end to end Talent Acquisition process. He / She will oversee the entire recruitment process, tools and resources to ensure an efficient hiring process that results in high quality hires within defined TAT
Responsibilities
Lead the development of Talent Acquisition strategy (across India and across Bands / Levels) in support of corporate goals and in alignment with our corporate values
To ensure the recruitment budget plan is aligned with the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and followed accordingly
To implement a robust selection process to ensure high quality hires (multiple rounds of interviews, product specific tests, aptitude and/or psychometric tests, panel presentations etc)
Design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs and generate diverse pools of applicants with tight control on costs
Optimum utilization of various channels of sourcing available with focus on direct channels like social media sites, blogs and job sites, employee referrals and less dependency on recruitment consultants
Streamline and centralize database management with the best - Applicant Tracking System- available
To successfully build a highly effective team to deliver results as well as developing the skill and capability of team members
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (MBA in HR from top B School preferred)
Minimum 10 years of broad based Staffing/Recruiting experience
Experience in creating and executing Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning strategies in a fast paced, high growth multiple site environment
Exceptional leadership skills, including demonstrated ability to influence and drive result oriented changes, innovation and customer focus
Demonstrated success with state of the art recruiting / employment branding practices including social media, employee referrals, vendor management, campus placements etc
Good to have
Strength in reporting metrics/data analytics
Experience of hiring more than 1000+ employees across India annually
