Associate Director / Director - Talent Acquisition
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
A) Drive design and implementation of highly effective results-driven talent research strategies & key SOPs for recruitment.
B) Create sourcing plans and strategies by leveraging market data and understanding talent pools. Translate these insights into data-driven recommendations for hiring team managers or internal stakeholders.
C) Oversee the entire selection process, employing advanced interview techniques and assessments to identify the most fitting candidates. Ensure that the process aligns seamlessly with the organization's values and skill requirements
D) Strengthen the in-house direct sourcing function by overseeing a team of 7-8 recruiters dedicated to optimizing internal and direct sourcing channels. Additionally, explore and leverage new channels for recruitment.
E) Design competency-based recruitment methodology for candidate assessment with Job Score Cards.
F) Make data-driven choices and assess the success of recruiting campaigns by utilizing analytics and data to pinpoint problem areas. (Time to Fill, Cost/Hire, Source, Offer Acceptance Rate, Diversity Metrics, Recruitment Cost Ratio etc.)
G) Identify and implement cutting-edge recruitment technologies to streamline processes.
H) Coordinate with Business Heads for manpower planning for respective functions
I) Strong Hands on experience in closing roles for functions like Technology, Data Analytics, Marketing & Growth, UI-UX, Social media and Brand, Field Sales, Finance Category, CRM etc.
Key Skills & Requirements:
1) Experience Range: 8 - 12 Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition (Preferably in E-Commerce setup)
2) Stakeholder Management as its best + Team Handling
3) Hands on experience in using ATS platforms like Freshteam, Workday, Keka etc.
4) Knowledge of compliances like labor contracts, PF, vendor payments etc.
5) Excellent understanding of sourcing portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist, FoundIt etc.
