Job Description:

 - Responsible for hiring requirements across verticals such as Technology, Operations, Supply, Marketing, Finance, Support (80% Non IT hirings)

 - Handling end to end hiring process: driving the healthy mix of internal & external sourcing, conducting interviews, gauging culture fitment, negotiating salaries and other joining requirements to final closure of positions

 - Working on tools to fulfill large volume of demands. 

- Engage with leadership teams and manage Campus hirings

 - Preparing the complete recruitment roadmap based on analysis of requisition and identifying various sources of recruitment to achieve the targets.

 - Efficiently Managing Bulk hirings for Blue collared (Delivery Boys)

 - Oversee All Hirings across our Various locations (Currently Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad) 

- Independently handle critical positions

 - Develop recruiting plans, strategies and budgets and report the progress to the various stakeholders on a regular / periodic basis 

- Preferably someone from Ecommerce or Logistics Background
