One of our leading clients is seeking a seasoned Head of Talent Acquisition to spearhead their company's strategic recruitment efforts.
- The perfect candidate should be a Management Graduate from a Tier 1 college
- Should have around 8-12 years of advancing experience in talent acquisition, with a particular emphasis on Executive and Leadership Hiring for corporate functions in Non-IT
- This role is crucial in driving the organization's growth by securing top-tier leaders who resonate with the company's values and objectives.
- The incumbent should have demonstrated a history of effective sourcing and securing top-level talent for senior positions.
- Exceptional leadership and people management abilities with an ability to spread head and engage with senior leaders and ensure onboarding of the right talent
- The role will have responsibility for sourcing, assessment, and selection strategies and implementation.
- This person will serve as the primary advisor to company leadership on talent acquisition initiatives for Leadership Hiring
