Job Description - The Head of Talent Acquisition role involves leading and managing end-to-end talent acquisition for a well-established health-care company. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies.

Description
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and leadership to the Talent Acquisition process
- Build a positive Employer Brand through online and offline engagements
- Work very closely with CEO's office, corpoaret functions and upcoming site leaders to create a strong leadership team for the company
- Ensure that right people are recruited for right role at right time & cost.
- Closely work with relevant stakeholders to have manpower plan in place.
- Have a defined talent sourcing strategy.
- Benchmark the market and create a database of prospective candidates for key clinical & non-clinical roles.
- Further strengthen existing TA practices from sourcing to selection
- Improve the overall candidate experience at all touch points.
- Have effective campus recruiting & engagement strategy.
- Lead the TA team and work towards creating an effective team structure.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment for the corporate functions
- Closely work with hiring managers to ensure all hiring needs are met
- Have appropriate job descriptions & job specification formats for all roles
- Manage all KPIs for self in terms of TAT, sourcing mix, process adherence etc.
- Mediate and set processes to manage background verification of all new joiner through third party
- Negotiate employment terms & conditions and appropriate offers of employment is made to selected candidates.
- Prepares periodic reports for review with senior management team.
Profile
A successful applicant must have:
- A minimum of 15 years of overall experience in talent acquisition, across renowned Indian brands.
- Open to working 6 days a week from Gurgaon office
- Good stakeholder management and team leading skills
