Key Attributes:-
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition, evaluating JD's and hiring plans and strategies
- Own responsibility of hiring, onboarding, and retaining the candidates
- You can Identify and nurture the talent to build a team, which can operate on its own, with little/no supervision
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, psychological tests etc.)
- Preparing Annual targets for the team and should be able to plan accordingly to reach the assigned targets.
