Role :
Talent Acquisition head, responsible for recruitment and talent management across the organisation for different verticals- Sales and Marketing/ Support Hiring/ R&D
Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition :
- Responsible for end to end recruitment for all levels at corporate office.
- To Ensure the right source mix
- Responsible for pre joining formalities, Quality of hires, and to track feedback from FHs
Campus Relations :
- Responsible for the Campus program Connecting with Tier 1 /Tier 2 colleges
- To take care of the Hiring/Onboarding/Induction of the new candidates
- To ensure Midterm reviews
Vendor Empanelment :
- Evaluation and empanelment of sourcing partners for requirements at the Corporate office
- Negotiation & finalization of agreements
- Identifying new sources of recruitment for sourcing at the regional level & making the same available to the regions
Budgeting & Manpower Planning :
- Support budget team in All India manpower planning for support functions
- Track recruitment budgets
- Monthly Reporting of budget variances
