A dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our company's strategic hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on executive and leadership hiring. This role is pivotal in shaping our organization's growth by attracting top-tier leaders who align with our company values and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership Hiring Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for attracting and hiring senior executives and leaders across various functions and levels within the organization.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of talented recruiters and hiring specialists, providing guidance, training, and development to ensure the team meets hiring goals and maintains high standards of recruitment practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior management and department heads to understand hiring needs, align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives, and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand and reputation as an employer of choice through strategic initiatives, partnerships, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Talent Pipelining: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for key leadership roles, leveraging networks, industry contacts, and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and drive continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Diversity: Ensure all hiring practices comply with legal requirements and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on executive and leadership hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting top-tier talent for senior-level positions.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with HR technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-SCP, LinkedIn Talent Solutions) is a plus.
Education Qualifications: Bachelors' degree from accredited university
- Advanced post-graduate degree (MBA or Masters in HRM preferred)
