- Oversee end-to-end sourcing and selection, from initiating vacancies to onboarding (internal and external), within established processes.
- Design and implement recruiting strategies for assigned divisions/functions and levels.
- Prepare and analyze role complexity to ensure efficient recruitment based on talent availability.
- Utilize internal databases, social media, etc., aiming to reduce reliance on external vendors.
- Conduct initial interviews, screening, and shortlisting prior to presenting candidates to hiring managers.
- Ensure strict adherence to established processes, systems, selection criteria, and policies.
- Contribute to building the organization's employee value proposition by serving as a brand ambassador and the primary point of contact, fostering influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
